7. Cancellations and No-Shows

We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.

Patients who do not attend a scheduled appointment without providing notice may be charged a $50 no-show fee.

We reserve the right to waive a cancellation or no-show fee at our discretion based on individual circumstances.

8. Payment for Services

Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment for services is due at the time of the appointment.

All About You Wellness and Aesthetics does not currently use the Website to establish automatic recurring billing for ongoing services.

Prices and services may change from time to time. Any applicable costs associated with your individual care will be communicated through the appropriate practice or treatment process.

9. Refund Policy

Services

Payments for services that have already been rendered are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Products

Eligible products may be returned for a refund when:

• The product remains sealed and unopened; and

• The return is requested within 7 days of purchase.

Products that have been opened, used, damaged after purchase, or returned more than 7 days after purchase are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.

All About You Wellness and Aesthetics offers an SMS messaging program for individuals who voluntarily provide a mobile telephone number and consent to receive text messages from us. You must be at least 18 years old to participate. By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, are the authorized user of the mobile number provided, and are authorized to consent to receive text messages at that number.

Depending on the consent you provide, our SMS program may be used for:
